Gti - Vacances Côté Sud

Gti (real estate management and transactions) is a real estate company subject to Belgian law. The company manages a portfolio of holiday homes which are commercialised by different rental agencies throughout Europe. Vacances Côté Sud is the commercial name of Gti.

Company activity

Owners not wishing to deal with renting their own property ask us to advertise it for them. We select, visit and photograph their property. Tenants are welcomed by the owner or his local representative. Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions concerning any of the properties we advertise, we know every single one of them.

License: the legal representative of Gti sprl is a registered member of the Belgian Professional Real Estate Institute ( under the license number 102366. Insurance: Gti’s professional activity is covered by AXA (insurance policy n°730305669).

When you decide to make a booking, we establish a holiday rental agreement. Your contract will be sent to you by email. You will find enclosed the owner’s address and phone number as well as the address, phone number and description of the rented property, plus the booking and rental terms and conditions. You can either fax or email your booking confirmation.

The contract quotes the price of rent and stipulates extra charges as detailed on the property presentation leaflet.

A down payment of 30% is to be paid within three days following reception of the contract. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or Visa/Mastercard according to the selected type of booking.

The remaining balance must be settled six weeks before your arrival by bank transfer or cheque.

Cancellation insurance

You may take out cancellation insurance. Cost of insurance amounts to an additional 3% calculated on the price of rent. You are covered for cancellation if you notify us of a valid reason. You will be refunded expenses as specified in our general rental terms and conditions.

Property rental insurance is included in all our prices (check under Insurance in booking information).
